Janitorial Supervisor

Shift: Wednesday through Sunday
Description:
A janitorial supervisor, also known as a custodial supervisor or janitorial manager, manages a team of janitorial staff to ensure that buildings are clean and well-maintained. Their responsibilities include:
Assigning work: Assigning tasks to custodial staff and supervising their work
Ensuring quality: Inspecting the work of custodial staff to ensure it meets proper standards
Assist in Cleaning if needed, cleaning can include factory floor and restrooms.
Managing inventory: Ordering supplies and equipment, and managing the inventory
Maintaining performance standards: Establishing and maintaining standards for work performance
Managing productivity: Staying within contract parameters for labor, equipment, supplies, and other costs
Will be leading a team of 25 or less with help from the main supervisor
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish
Must have recent janitorial lead or supervisor experience in last 1 to 2 years
