We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sourcing Specialis to to join our team:
Location: Gurabo, Puerto Rico.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Work model: Hybrid.
Contract Type: Indefinite-term.The Sourcing Specialist reports directly to the Sourcing Manager and plays a crucial role in managing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Procurement activities. This position requires multi-disciplinary experience to handle multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing processes. The role involves procurement governance, vendor management, and developing contract/procurement strategies to achieve long-term client benefits, particularly for facilities in Puerto Rico.What is your day to day?Procurement and Sourcing:
Manage RFP, pricing, and negotiation processes for clients on behalf of JLL
Set and track savings targets and goals
Implement and maintain procurement rules and standards
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with global category plans
Conduct market assessments and identify industry trendsVendor Management:
Develop and implement vendor management strategies
Conduct quarterly business reviews with vendors
Evaluate strategic suppliers using scorecards
Ensure >90% compliance on Contracts and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)Client and Stakeholder Management:
Support client account teams with regular reporting
Visit client sites according to a monthly schedule
Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal and Risk Management
Attend meetings with internal and external customers to address requirementsBusiness Operations:
Analyze and execute annual Sourcing Plans for assigned accounts
Achieve 100% of savings targets as per contract or project requirements
Drive area initiatives, objectives, and metrics
Support responses to internal or external audits on area proceduresContract Management:
Develop, manage, and negotiate strategic contracts
Ensure compliance with approved contractual terms and conditionsFinancial Management:
Conduct strategic negotiations for cost optimization
Obtain assigned annual Letters of No DebitRequired:
4-5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, negociating indirect services and working with RFPs.
Experience working with Facility Management indirect services (soft and hard services), mainly food, security and maintenance services.
Advanced level of English.
Experience in Life Sciences Industry is a plus.
Ideal Jagger experience is a plus.Qualifications:
Experience in procurement and/or facilities management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in vendor management and performance tracking
Knowledge of RFP processes and contract management
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sourcing plans
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant software and procurement modules
