Med Surg RN – Oregon Wine Country Opportunity

Were seeking dedicated RNs for our 60-bed acute care facility. Ideal candidates have Med/Surg experience or transferrable skills from other specialties.

Key Details:

Shifts: Nights (7pm-7:30am) or Days (7am-7:30pm), 3 shifts/week

Compensation: $93,000 – $113,000 annually

Sign-on Bonus $20k potential

Differentials: $6.50/hr nights, $2.00/hr weekends

Union-based pay rates with overtime opportunities

Benefits:

Low 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio

Supportive staffing: charge nurses, CNAs, break nurses

Requirements:

Valid Oregon RN license

Acute care experience (preferred)
