Swing Shift Supervisor

Position:  Swing Shift Supervisor

Location: Olds Station      Shift: Swing

Qualifications:

Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality

Ability to work up to 7 days per week and up to 12 hours per day during peak times

Supervise packing operations; responsible for the direction of employees including: Packers, sorters, suppliers, forklift operators, stamper operator, floor assistants, and general employees on the packing line.

Monitor fruit flow to maximize production while keeping grade within standards.

Must be able to follow and enforce Food Safety/ Safety policies, and Company policies.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment through communication with employees. 

Candidate must comply with company policies and safety guidelines including using the following PPEs where appropriate. Safety glasses, face shield, bump cap, gloves, safety reflective vest.

Must be able to read and write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel.  Computer skills- Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Ability to work well with others; able to communicate with all employee levels within the company; good communication skills and professional work ethics
