The Role

Wyndham is seeking an experienced leader to oversee sourcing operations, including supplier management, and system support activities. This role will manage a team responsible for the administration of sourcing contracts, supplier relationships, and key sourcing tools. The Sr. Director, Sourcing Operations will create and execute strategies that ensure contract compliance, program performance, and optimize sourcing processes to ensure efficiency across the organization. They will be responsible for guiding their team to build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, internal Wyndham stakeholders, and hotel owners and operators.

What youll do

Manage Supplier Performance & Compliance: Establish supplier KPIs, lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and evaluate contract compliance to ensure alignment with business objectives and program standards.

Oversee Supplier Operations & Relationships: Direct day-to-day supplier relationships, ensuring smooth operations and fostering collaboration to optimize performance and meet organizational goals.

Supplier Audits & Spend Management: Partner with the Sourcing Engagement team to audit supplier reporting, identifying key purchasing and compliance trends. Leverage insights to help drive strategic initiatives that enhance program engagement and improve operational effectiveness.

Lead and develop a high performing team: Continually elevate team contributions and create a highly respected team throughout the entire Wyndham Sourcing ecosystem.

Drive process and system optimization: including administration of sourcing systems and tools. Oversee contract management, onboarding, and process improvements to drive efficiency and support business goals.

Required Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work (Business, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, etc.).

Minimum 10 years in an operations or sourcing environment.

Master’s degree in business, supply chain management or hotel administration desired.
