The Front desk/Concierge will use their guest services skills to welcome and direct employees, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

Addressess visitors and guest formall and professionally

Checks visitors and guests into the system

Maintain daily visitor system

Creates ID Badges

Maintain daily visitor systemProperly screen all visitors and announce arrival to proper partyProfessional phone etiquetteCoordinate and communicate building requests throughout property

Assist team with training, supplies and support in order to consistently provide quality service.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

6 months or more of customer service experience.

Required Education/Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must have excellent organization skillsMust present professional business appearance

Working Conditions:- Primarily an office environment.- May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals.- Evening and weekend work may be required.

Salary Range Information:

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
