Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will take responsibility for the processing of all Accounts Receivable transactions for the company, ensuring accuracy, validity, and timeliness in all transactions. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with good organizational skills. Responsibilities include monitoring the firm’s accounts receivable and identifying overdue accounts, contacting customers with overdue accounts to collect the overdue amount or negotiate payment plans, maintaining records of contacts and payments, and submitting regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
Work Environment
Will be supporting other states like Florida. Hiring manager will be there. Small office environment with multiple branches in different states. 50-60 employees. Working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.
