Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will support the executive team by managing various special projects that require meticulous attention to detail to ensure successful completion. Sample projects include creating a system or database to store information needed for an upcoming audit.
Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive support to the executive team on various special projects.
– Develop and maintain a system or database to store information for audits and other purposes.
– Ensure all projects are completed with meticulous attention to detail.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
Hard Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with reporting and documentation review

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
Fully on-site position in Spring Valley, New York.
Work Environment
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM. Working in a team of about 4-5 people.
