Assistant Sales Engineer

Company:Aremco Products has been in business since 1965 and is a privately owned company that manufactures and distributes high-temperature adhesives, coatings, potting compounds, and technical ceramics. Products are sold worldwide to industrial users for use in the automotive, aircraft and aerospace, chemical processing, metallurgical, power generation, and semiconductor industries.The JobThe successful candidate will be able to work in the front office to:•Learn and demonstrate an understanding of our products and their applications•Make customer sales calls regarding product usage and needs, and document accordingly•Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, respond to customer emails, take orders and escalate as required•Generate quotes for customers•Email quotes, product literature, and safety data sheets to customersQualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in engineering or a related field is a plus•Previous experience is a sales support or administrative role is a preferred, but not required•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask•Typing skills >40 WPM•Strong arithmetic skills

Minimum Salary: 50000
Maximum Salary: 60000
