Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months of LTC experience and a valid NYS RN license for at least 6 months. This role involves endorsing, interpreting, and enforcing facility and Nursing Department objectives and procedures. You will plan, direct, coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing personnel activities, conduct daily rounds, review resident care plans, and ensure continuity of care through effective communication. Additionally, you will conduct daily conferences, assist visitors, coordinate supplies and equipment, provide consultation, maintain records, and undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the Supervisor.
Hard Skills
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
NYS licensure as a RN
6 months experience in long term care
Soft Skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn, New York.
Work Environment
Located in South Brooklyn near Manhattan Beach, the facility is a 450-bed rehabilitation and nursing care center dedicated to providing quality care through diverse programs and services supporting health and independence for individuals needing short-stay or long-term inpatient care. Free parking is available onsite, but there is no nearby subway. Transportation options include taking the Q train to the B 49 or B 1 bus.
