Carnegie Mellon University is searching for a Development Associate to join their team. This is an exciting opportunityfor someone whothrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You willcontributeto the department by partnering with prospect managers to increase their efficiency and effectiveness as frontline fundraisers.
Core responsibilities include:
Assisting prospect managers with prospect strategy development and moves management, and assisting in the drafting and updating of written prospect strategies.
Planning and coordination of special events and campus visits by prospects, including contact with prospects when needed.
Assisting the prospect manager in the drafting and finalization of prospect briefings, profiles, and reports for university leaders.
Managing and completing a variety of special projects requiring skills in data analysis, writing/editing, and collaborative problem solving.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
3-5 years of relevant experience
