Job Title: Program Finance (Palm Bay, FL)

Job Description:

Support finance leadership team in analysis of monthly and quarterly financial performance.

Prepare monthly Operations, e3, Capital, and Discretionary spend review packages.

Maintain and update policies and procedures.

Develop, implement, and analyze financial models for financial planning and analysis and to support strategic initiatives.

Translates business results into meaningful metrics and recommendations aimed at improving performance.

Other duties assigned or tasks that maybe required for role.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or General Business

Preferred Skills:

GPA of 3.0 or greater

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel & Power Point.

Knowledge and/or experience in financial stability, analysis, budgeting, customer/management reporting, financial analysis and reporting, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, contract compliance and/or business acquisitions.

Experience with Tableau or BI, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, or CostPoint a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Initiative, enthusiasm; willingness and ability to learn in a dynamic environment. Highly organized work style with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
