Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Enterprise Program and Project Management Policy and Standard. Citi’s Book of Work (BoW) includes over 15,000 initiatives, programs and projects at any given time.
The CPMC Governance Analyst is a role within the COO – BoW Governance and Reporting organization. In this role the Org PMO Governance Analyst will be responsible for executing oversight control processes, collaborating with Org PMOs and internal partners to ensure adherence to requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage activities to prepare quarterly CAO/COO BoW attestation template documents for each organization using the Templates@Citi Tool and monitor adherence to requirements post submission
Partner with CPMC leads to create Org PMO taskforce materials for monthly meeting with 65 participants
Assist with onboarding activities for new Org PMOs as identified
Build and maintain excellent client relationships with currently 19 Organization PMO Leads and teams. Work directly with teams as a subject matter expert.
Participate in requirements definition, PTS UAT testing and implementation of new processes, as needed
Help to identify themes and improvement opportunities across Org PMO Governance BAU processes
Maintain the Org PMO Governance SharePoint site
Assist in providing process evidence internal/external audits
Perform other duties and functions as assigned
Skills/Experience:
3-5 years of experience in project or program governance, preferable within financial services
Track record of exceptional performance
Prior experience in partnering across virtual teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Team player possessing an ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with demonstrated ability to work effectively across business units / functions to deliver results
Comfortable utilizing MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Enterprise Project and Program Management Policy and Standards preferred but not required

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$79,120.00 – $118,680.00
