Job Summary and Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY: To support and facilitate the Accounting department functions focusing on data collection/entry and customer service.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for overall Lawson Non-PO Workflow, including Record appropriate vendor, expense account number, and scans and submits invoices to A/P.

Composes, prepares and manages all office correspondence, and hospital policies and procedures. Coordinates, and prioritizes mail and other correspondence for review. Provides prompt response to phone inquiries.

Reconciles vendor statements and resolves discrepancies; Record all manual checks issued by the facilities accurately and efficiently.

Manages department records per retention policy; Manages department records per retention policy; Sort and distribute daily mail.

Responsible for providing administrative clerical support for the day-to-day operations of the department. Contributes to optimizing customer satisfaction and the continuity and effective operation of the department.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate / GED required

One year or more computer Data-Entry and Customer Service;

1 years of previous AP experience

Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills

We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital is conveniently and centrally located in the Heart of Kissimmee.
