Our team is looking to add a Senior Project manager to the team. In this role you will manage the Palantir/Foundry work across various current and future workstreams, including H360, Nurse Matrix, and OR Stewardship. This individual will streamline the intake process and coordinate conversations to prioritize the work. The Program Manager will work with each workstream lead and be responsible for providing status updates across all workstreams.

A caregiver in this position works Days Calls, from 8:00am-5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Manage and give guidance to the personnel responsible for managing a portfolio of projects.

Lead and manage multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools.

Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Prepare and complete action plans. Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Determine system improvements and implement changes.

Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Prepare an annual budget.

Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. Plan and review compensation actions.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelors degree in business or related field.

Seven years of experience leading projects/teams in assigned areas which may include experience in a technical systems environment, experience involving complex financial system applications, etc.

OR Masters degree and six years of experience.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Masters degree.

Project Management Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or Certificate in Project Management from an accredited college.

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $48.99

Maximum hourly: $74.71
