The Behavior Treatment Specialist supports the Ingham Academy and Horizon Programs by engaging with students, being a positive role model, helping them to maximize their strengths, build assets, a solid educational foundation, and successful community-based living. You will work directly with students through regularly planned, structured group activities such as recreational therapy, special development groups, and study hours. Your hours would be 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Minimum Requirements:
– High School Diploma and solid history working with students.
– Valid Drivers License
Travel Requirement:
Daily travel includes transporting students to and from Ingham Academy, appointments, and/or other activities.
Chauffeurs license required, or must have ability to obtain. Highfields will reimburse to obtain.
