Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services. This individual will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the Credit Unions core processing and automation systems; they may occasionally direct the work of IS Department staff and third-party vendors or contractors. Experience with core operations administration (release installs, app installs, issue troubleshooting, etc.) and/or Enterprise Job Scheduler experience is required. Fiserv DNA or SMA OpCon is preferred. Qualified candidates should have experience with technical writing, analytical and problem-solving skills and prior experience in a professional technical support role. Desirable qualifications include prior experience with leading departmental and organizational projects/implementation and change management. This individual will work in-office at our North Saint Paul office until initial training is completed. Once fully trained, this is a work from home position working in-office two times per month. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with other hours as needed. This individual will work on a Saturday rotation working approximately every eight weeks from 9 AM to 12 PM (Saturdays worked are remote and the weekly schedule will be adjusted to maintain a 40-hour work week).
