Position Description

The CSRM Community Transitional Program Security desk provides assistance, covers all aspects of the CTP units, and security during their shift.

Summary

The CSRM CTP Security Desk provides first-rate customer service to incoming and current guests of the CSRM CTP, and adheres to operational guidelines. The CTP Security Desk position will work with Supervisory, and CTP personnel to insure the safety and security of all present on the premises, often working closely with law enforcement, fire department, and paramedics to ensure the health and safety of impaired individuals seeking shelter.
