Job Title:Production Operator
Location:Franklin, OH
Shift:2nd and/or 3rd shift available
Pay:Competitive pay shift differential
Overview:In this role your primary responsibility is to produce high quality inks via batch tickets for our customers. The Production Operator will be responsible for learning machines used in production and all the processes. The key to your success is to produce the best quality product, on-time while practicing safety as a top priority.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform all gathering, weighing and packaging duties for the different equipment throughout. manufacturing including the computer control system software.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision/management.
Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping throughout the facility and participate in 5s activities.
Perform all duties in such a manner as to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
Assist co-workers and promote a team environment while using effective communication skills.
Other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to repeatedly lift 55 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Education and Experience:
1 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Experience with batch manufacturing preferred
Forklift experience preferred
