Adecco Healthcare is searching for an Residential Clinician to become part of our clients team in Grand Rapids, MI – 49512. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

– Full License: $62,000-$68,000 (max)

– Limited License: $58,000-$61,000 (max)

Shift

– Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm

– On-call rotation required dependent on staffed clinicians (Hiring Manager will further explain)

Qualifications

– Full or Limited License: LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

– Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar.

– Experience providing individual, family, and group counseling.

Job Summary

The Residential Clinician role emphasizes a holistic therapeutic approach that actively involves family in treatment programming and empowers them to guide their client’s direction. Responsibilities include overseeing weekly team meetings and daily routines, ensuring the implementation of a therapeutic environment in collaboration with the Home Supervisor. The position acts as a bridge between agency administration and program staff, facilitating communication on policies and financial oversight, including monitoring expenses and advocating for program needs. Collaboration with various program staff, such as Wellness and Education, is essential for service delivery, along with providing individual, group, and family therapy and developing comprehensive treatment plans. The role also involves supervising Developmental Care Specialists, planning client visits, and coordinating aftercare plans to ensure continuity of care post-discharge. Quality assurance compliance, tracking treatment progress, and participation in various agency committees and meetings are key components of the position, as well as maintaining a weekend on-call availability on a rotating basis.
