Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
Perform fat, salt, acid, pH, and viscosity testing. Test, monitor, and document quality results and processing data for products produced. Audit, verify, and follow-up on process controls such as weight checks, batch sheet inspections, and receiving. Support process variations related to formula adjustments to satisfy customer requirements. Maintain effective communication with all operating departments. Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment. Ensure that all GMP, Sanitation, and housekeeping practices are followed according to expectations. Understand and apply the functionality of the Un-shippable Program. Utilize the AS400 computer system for necessary quality functions. Maintain and complete files and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
