Job Description

Our client builds customized commercial rooftop units (large HVACs similar to Greenheck/Innovent). We are currently seeking a General Production Worker to assist in various areas such as Assembly to build HVAC units from blueprints, using pneumatic air tools and torque wrenches. The Assembler will complete sheet metal assembly, which may require bending, lifting, and at times, crawling inside HVAC units to complete assemblies. Additionally, the role involves assisting with shrink wrapping units for delivery.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Large warehouse (202,000 Sq ft Building) with windows and high ceilings. Machines and assembly areas are located within the warehouse. Climate-controlled, brand new building. Small team environment where the founder and owner treats everyone like family. Fun holiday parties and random employee appreciation events. Shift: 6am-3pm Mon-Thurs and 6am-10am Fri (optional). Includes 1 30-minute lunch and 2 paid 15-minute breaks. Dress Code: Casual but wear steel-toed boots.
