Generate, review, and validate weekly reports. Responsible for following protocol ensuring digital documentation is captured and supporting sales related workflows. Respond to customer questions regarding orders and documents. starting at $21.99/hour Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm What you need to join our team: Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience in a professional office environment required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, ability to clearly establish priorities and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work. Basic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
