Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machines (e.g., filling, capping, boxing machines), conveyor systems, and mixing tanks.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) and assist with machine changeovers.
Carry out scheduled updates and repairs.
Respond promptly to machine breakdowns.
Communicate effectively with machine operators to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
