3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position is for a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all production equipment. This includes handling rollers where the product is extruded, injected with chemicals, heated, and then slit and sawed to specifications. Robotic arms maneuver the sheets to stack and palletize them for shipment. You will receive work orders daily and respond to tasks via radio. Responsibilities also include maintaining and repairing electrical systems for production, modifying new and existing equipment for performance improvements, and working with various voltage systems (110, 220, and 440 volts), AC/DC Drives, high and low voltage controls. You will troubleshoot electrical problems to the component level, including Allen Bradley PLCs, monitor gauges and pressures from the chemical process, and fix conveyors, rollers, and other mechanical parts. The role involves a 50/50 split between mechanical and electrical work.

Performing full tear-downs and rebuilds
