Associate Quickbase Administrator

ASRC Federal is seeking a Junior QuickBase Administrator to join our team and support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our custom QuickBase applications. This role involves maintaining and improving existing applications, developing new solutions, and automating business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating custom reports on demand, modifying applications to meet user needs, and creating efficiencies through automated workflows, including QuickBase Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain existing QuickBase applications, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Develop, modify, and maintain custom QuickBase applications tailored to various program needs within the organization.

Generate, modify, and provide custom reports on demand for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Collaborate with teams to automate workflows and streamline business processes using QuickBase Pipelines and other automation tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with QuickBase applications, offering timely support to users.

Document all changes, configurations, and user training materials.

Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with security standards.

Stay up to date with QuickBase platform updates, implementing new features to improve the functionality of our systems.

Requirements :

Qualifications

QuickBase APP Builder Certification or equivalent experience in QuickBase application development.

4 years of experience working with QuickBase applications, including development and administration.

Strong understanding of database management, reporting, and workflow automation.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver solutions.

Ability to write and modify QuickBase formulas and leverage advanced features.
