Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST in the COMMUNICATIONS & INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVSION (N6) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND. Responsibilities You will assist CIS Directorate travelers with submission of travel requests and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS). You will ensure administrative supplies are maintained at levels required to support CIS Directorate staff operations. You will coordinate and interact with other agencies as required concerning Government Emergency Telephone System (GETS) and secure/classified personal electronic devices. You will oversees the management and issuance of HQ Staff personal electronic devices (i.e. iPhones, cellular phones, air cards and beepers). You will assist in the development and management of the USFF HQ Information Technology (IT) annual budget. You will develop and/or process Information Technology Procurement Requests (ITPR) for all standard IT staff services to ensure funding documents are submitted in a timely manner to support operations and scheduled maintenance. You will process, track, and monitor IT funding documents in support of USFF HQ IT requirements. You will assist in the development and management of purchase card, travel and financial(checkbook) databases. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using financial management systems and understanding government finance and budgeting Experience managing IT peripherals and inventories (mobile devices, computers, etc.) Experience processing IT procurement request and using NAV-IDAS Experience utilizing Defense Travel System (DTS) and wide area workflow (WAWF) To qualify for a GS-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
