Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking Pharmacy Technicians in Florida, Alabama, or South Carolina to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will review Prior Authorizations for determination and either approve or deny them before sending them to a Pharmacist for final review. You will handle all health plans and types of medications. Your responsibilities will include processing prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects, conducting member and physician outreach, entering member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system, researching and resolving rejected insurance billing issues, and assisting with inbound and outbound patient or physician calls.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

This is a professional REMOTE environment. You will work with multiple screens and systems, requiring strong WiFi and a private office space with a closed door. You must be open to working Monday-Friday 8am-8pm in your time zone, with rotating weekends and some holidays. Training will be 10-6:30 EST, and equipment such as a computer, monitor, and headset will be provided. You must have a workspace and a smartphone.
