What You’ll Do
The AVP, Talent Acquisition leads the recruiting team responsible for acute, rehabilitation, and behavioral health sites, driving a best-in-class recruitment function. This includes enhancing the candidate experience, benchmarking performance, and continuously improving processes to reach organizational goals. The TA function is a large-scale operation that leverages best practice processes, SLAs, benchmarks, and metrics for filling healthcare positions.
As part of Lifepoint Business Services, this leader collaborates closely with People Services functions like onboarding and payroll, and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs.
This position can be remote or located in/around Brentwood, TN. Periodic travel will be required to meet with staff, visit facilities or attend meetings.

What You’ll Need
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of eight years’ recruiting/human resources experience (at least five of which are in a leadership role).
Preferred experience includes leadership within a large-scale, shared services environment with best-in-class processes. Oracle or Taleo knowledge is highly preferred.
