Job Description

We specialize in manufacturing stainless steel tanks for the dairy industry, focusing on food-grade and sanitary welds. We are seeking a highly qualified Production Supervisor with a degree and a strong experience in strategic, tactical, KPI, and production planning leadership. This role involves supervising over 30 employees.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

3:30pm to 2:00am, Monday through Thursday. Second shift will eventually have about 75 people, with this role supervising 30 to 35 people. Currently, the second shift has about 40 people. Pay is $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
