JOB REQUIREMENTS: Custodian-2nd Shift – R5838 Essential Job Functions
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may
perform some or all of these duties; however, it is not an exclusive or
all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. Provides daily
cleaning and various general maintenance services Maintains a neat
and orderly janitors room; ensuring cleaning and maintenance supplies
are stocked Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and
breakrooms including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming
and shampooing floors. Ensures facility and other public areas are
free from debris and in good condition Assists in examining the work
area for safety hazards; report deficiencies to the Manager in a timely
manner. Reports major damages to Manager. Oversees and
pro-actively cleans and sets up conference rooms in preparation for
company business needs, including moving tables, chairs, whiteboards,
podiums, beverages stocked in refrigerators, etc. Reports the need
for minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing lighting fixtures,
painting or unclogging pipes Empties trash and recyclables into the
designated receptacles. Performs seasonal grounds maintenance
including picking up debris, mowing, picking weeds, trimming and snow
removal utilizing lawn & snow equipment and other tools as needed.
Utilizes insecticides to prevent infestation by dangerous pests.
Completes minor maintenance of facility and office equipment, including
fixing broken switches, fixing door handles, cleaning indoor and outdoor
windows Transports various items (tools, equipment, supplies) to
other Menasha facilities Moves and rearranges office equipment as
required Assures all tasks are performed in a safe manner, and comply
with all company, local, state, and federal requirements Maintains
knowledge of new and existing SDS sheets and OSHA standards to help
ensure a safe working environment Work Hours Monday-Friday, 3 pm – 11 pm

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience High school
diploma or equivalent required Valid drivers license Some
relevant experience preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong
customer service skills Strong organizational skills Ability to
multi-task Detail oriented Valid drivers license Ability to
be on feet for a large portion of the day Ability to lift up to 50
lbs. on a regular basis Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Primarily works in an office setting with time spent outdoors including
inclement weather Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Frequent walking
and standing required Frequent kneeling, crouching and bending
