JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details: Summary: Our Food Safety Quality
Assurance Utility Technician is responsible for performing physical and
visual inspections of product and plant systems, documenting and
calculating results accurately; taking corrective action when necessary
(alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, &
isolate non-conforming product) and report results to management; any
additional assignments requested. All team members are responsible for
safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food
safety. Our Food Safety Quality Assurance Utility Technician would be
working 3rd Shift Onsite at our New London Plant in New London, WI,
Sunday – Thursday (Sunday 7:00PM- 5:00AM, Monday – Thursday 5:00PM-
1:00AM or 6:00PM to 2:00AM) – schedule time will differ when coverage is
needed for 3rd shift. The pay rate of $29.82 (Not Negotiable) with a
$1 Shift Differential, along with Benefits, Medical/Vision/Dental & the
chance to join a great team! Requirements: Education: High School
diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in
the Food Industry or other QA type experience preferred. Communication
Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork; ability
to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce; good problem
identification and problem-solving skills; math and organizational
skills; ability to read and interpret product specifications; must
function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when
needed. Physical Requirements: Position involves heavy lifting (70 lbs.
or less). Supervisory: None Travel: None Must reside in the US to be
