Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Reliability Specialist/Engineer

Job Description

The Reliability Specialist will drive Continuous Improvement through applying Lean principals and will manage maintenance program and systems.

Hard Skills

Experience with TPM, AMM, CMMs (maintenance systems)

Writing SOPs, maintenance reports, Preventative Maintenance plans

Bachelors degree is a PLUS or equivalent experience

1 – 5 year of relevant experience

Experience with food, pharma, or processing equipment is a PLUS

This is a direct hire position where you would be paid hourly and eligible for overtime

Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30PM. Eligible to work until 6PM for overtime.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position

Work Environment

Factory setting with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.
