Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Lead Security and Access Administrator to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.
This position will be responsible for managing and executing all activities of the team associated with access control and administration for a customer facility.
This position is responsible for leading a team of Access Administrators who work a 24/7/365 rotating shift schedule (DuPont Schedule Format). This position is responsible for coordinating and leading a team of custodians to ensure the facility is cleaned on a daily basis and customer and company requirements are met. This position requires consistent coordination between both company personnel (facility manager, engineer and support) as well as customer security personnel to ensure both facility and security requirements are being met. This position manages and maintains the security and access protocols as well as policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for use a company credit card to purchase multiple items in support of both the company, facility and the customer. Must have the ability to use company systems to run reports, submit reports based on purchases made and be organized so that the company can properly submit invoices quarterly to account for purchases made.
This position is predominantly a day shift position; however, this position will be required to cover any shift at the desk that cannot be covered by other Access Administrators.
In addition, this position requires support the Access Administrators with company computer access and training. Ability to assist with employee time entry while either at work or at home using a company device (laptop or phone). Ability to coordinate with facility personnel on custodial material levels, restock closets as required and put in orders to ensure stock levels remain adequate.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides daily presence at front desk and greets anyone entering the facility
Restricts access to all un-badged personnel
Notifies Facility Manager of any items occurring at the facility that are not normal (power outage, activity in or around the building, deliveries, visitors, etc.)
Prepares daily log of all items at the facility
Monitors exterior cameras and reports all activity
Notifies Facility Engineer of any facility system alarms
Access Administrator (ACO) Scheduling
Purchasing Responsibility with a company issued credit card
Custodial oversite responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Coordinate restocking from WH
Quality Inspections
Ensuring proper PPE for custodians
Ordering Supplies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.).
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to obtain Full Scope polygraph pre-start
4 years’ experience as Access Administrator
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Active Full Scope polygraph
Experience as a lead person performing Access Administrator tasks including managing a small subset of people, schedules, processes, etc.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $95,000 – $110,000
