Job Description
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the interdisciplinary schools graduate programs including the MS in Cybersecurity, MS in Maritime Trade & Supply Chain Management, MS in Data Science & Analytics, graduate certificate programs, and other programs developed in the interdisciplinary schools.

Knowledge, skills and abilities
Considerable knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of customer service and problem resolution techniques. Considerable knowledge of standard office software to include Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of productivity tools such database management systems and project management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Working knowledge of the development and maintenance of social media platforms to include websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Some experience working with graduate assistants. Some experience working in a higher education environment.
Conditions of Employment
This is not a telework position.
Required Monday – Friday 8:00am -5pm
Annual Salary/Hourly Rate Salary commensurate with education and experience
