Role:Provide administrative support to the Personal Financial Advisor and the Financial Advisor Services program. Supports the SeaComm applicant and onboarding processes through various job responsibilities. Provides excellent member service in all support responsibilities both internal and external.Responsibilities:Financial Advisor Services:-Provides administrative support for the Personal Financial Advisor. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phones and messages, sorting and processing the incoming mail and managing the birthday card process.-Prepare and maintain referral reporting for the branch staff. Create referral contact in the system and contact new member to schedule an appointment.-Verify workflow and document processing to ensure accuracy and meet member service expectations. Notify members of status changes, money movement transfers and schedule follow up if necessary.-Performs other Financial Advisor department duties as assigned.Human Resources:-Manages job posting and advertisement process. Ensures posting compliance requirements and company standards are met for all job postings.-Manages the applicant contact and follow up process, meeting company timing and service expectations for all interactions. Creates offer documents and executes conditional candidate offers upon approval.-Manages the candidate background check process ensuring all steps are documented and meet company hiring standards.-Coordinates with the HR Specialist and other applicable departments to schedule the new hire orientation process. Communicate the orientation time, location and process to all new hires once scheduled.-Perform other Human Resources job-related duties as assigned.Knowledge & Skills:Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.Education: (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business school or trade school.Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.Other Skills: Must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to work independently and have excellent multi-tasking skills.
