Snow Zone Site Manager (seasonal)

Position Overview: As a Zone Site Manager, you will oversee snow operations within a designated zone, ensuring efficient and effective snow removal services. You will coordinate with teams, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage snow removal operations within the assigned zone.
– Coordinate with Snow Operators, Shovelers, and other staff to ensure timely snow removal.
– Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow events promptly.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
– Maintain and report on zone performance metrics.

Qualifications:

– Experience in snow removal or similar field operations.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to work in harsh weather conditions.
– Valid drivers license.
