PeopleReady Skilled Trades has phenominal opportunies and is now hiring for experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman for multiple projects throughout the Raleigh, Durham, NC area who have been NFPA70E trained. Foreman will lead Commercial Electricians and plans, directs, and oversees the activities of employees engaged in the construction, installation, and repair of electrical structures and fixtures. Ensures goals are accomplished and deadlines are met. Enforces a strong focus on quality and safety standards. Interviews will include the following: .Initial telephone (or video) interview plus in person interview .Knowledge assessments & practical bend tests .Drug and Background Screenings..Review of candidates job history to include direct work with Electrical Contractors.
Note: The hourly rate for this position is $31 – $39 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:
Must posses and encourage positive attitudes and strong work ethics
Experience managing teams and projects Understanding electrical codes
Ability to bend all angles including presentable four point saddles
Understanding bend radius and raceways
Keeping helpers busy throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Five years of experience on commercial construction sites and/or industrial sites
Must be able to read and interpret drawings and instructions
Must have knowledge of NEC and common trade procedures and standards
Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area
Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
References that will verify your professional skills and experience
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Must have steel toed work boots and all PPEs
OSHA-10 Construction Certification
Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
